Linguistic detective work offers some clues: you can deduce a |

seems likely that they lived a half-settled, half-nomadic existence. |

Indo-Europeans were and when they lived remain a hotly debated |

mystery. According to an early theory, they lived in Mesopotamia, but |

this idea was exploded by nineteenth-century archaeology. Today, |
|
some argue for the Krugan culture of the Russian steppes, others for |

the farming culture of the Danube valley. The most widely accepted |
|
theory locates the Indo-Europeans in a cold, northern climate where |
|
common words for snow and wolf were important. None of these |
|
prehistoric languages had a word for the sea. From this, and from |
|
our knowledge of nature, it is clear that the Indo-Europeans must |

have lived somewhere in northern central Europe. |

（中央社記者陳至中彰化18日電）為了解決流浪教師問題，教育部祭出4項政策，鼓勵各縣市開出正式教師名額，降低代理、代課的比例。教育部今天在彰化舉辦103年度師資培育大學主管聯席會議，對於流浪教師和師資供需議題，收集各界意見。教育部師資培育及藝術教育司長張明文表示，目前師培供需已漸趨於平衡，台灣有20萬位現職教師，以服務35年計算，每天退休人數約5000人左右，也就是需要5000多位新血。而目前每年師培總量約8000人，其中約5000人取得教師證，因此供需大致達到均衡。民國92年、93年是師培高峰期，每年培養2萬多位儲備教師，到現在還沒有消化。張明文表示，根據統計數據，供需失衡的「高峰」已過，100年之前儲備量是不斷向上累積，101年開始已改為減少，未來也持續呈現減少的趨勢。張明文說，培養一位教師約需5年的時間，對於有志從事教職的人，「現在正是進場時機。」至於儲備教師找不到教職、偏鄉找不到教師的問題，張明文認為關鍵在於開出正式教師缺，「根據經驗，偏鄉只要開出正式缺，也會吸引滿滿的人去考。」張明文說，目前教育部的政策就是「用正式缺取代代理缺，用代理缺取代代課缺」，代課教師一週上20節課，薪水也只有2萬多元，實在難以吸引年輕人投入。教育部國民及學前教育署提出4項改善政策，包括逐年提升教師編制員額，103年達到每班1.65名，104年達到每班1.7名。降低2688專案教師比例。「教師課稅配套方案」釋出課程規定以正式教師回兼為原則。以及要求代理代課比例高於全國平均值的縣市政府，建立調降原則。高雄志光 發表在 痞客邦 留言(0) 人氣(19)
